Graveside funeral service to celebrate the life of Carolyn Baruch Levenson, 84, of Bishopville will be held Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at 5:00 p. m. at Beth El Cemetery, Camden, SC with Rabbi Avi Perets officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mrs. Levenson’s memory to the Bishopville Rescue Squad, c/o Lee County EMS, P. O. Box 927, Bishopville, SC 29010 or to Temple Emanu-El, 406 65th Avenue N. Myrtle Beach, SC 29572.
Mrs. Levenson , widow of Sam Levenson died Monday, September 6, 2010. Born in Camden, SC, she was the daughter of the late Herman and Theresa Baruch. She was a member of the Temple Emanu-El in Myrtle Beach.Surviving are her sons; Terry Levenson and his wife Marianne of Conway, Joe Levenson and his wife Andrea of Sumter, grandchildren, Josh, Tressa & Erin Levenson, Carrie (Patrick) Galphin; sister, Deborah Baruch Abrams of Georgetown; sister-in-law, Ella Schlosburg of Camden and brother-in-law, Leonard Levenson of Atlanta.
