MANNING — Shelby Cheek Oliver, 65, wife of Roger Oliver, died Tuesday, Dec. 10, 2013, at Carolinas Hospital System in Florence.Born in Sumter, she was a daughter of the late Roland and Isabelle Costner Cheek. She retired from Tuomey Healthcare System.
Survivors include her husband of 47 years; two children, Tammy Boykin (Harold) and Tony Oliver, both of Manning; four grandchildren, Alex Boykin, Taylor Boykin, Josh Boykin and Jackson Oliver; two sisters, Mary Jo Rich (Carroll) of Lexington and Patty Hodge (Hugh) of Sumter; one brother, Stanley Cheek (Sharon) of Sumter; and a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Roger Cheek.
Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Friday at Concord Baptist Church in Sumter with the Rev. Gene Mosier officiating.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 4 p.m. Friday at Concord Baptist Church.

Elmore-Cannon-Stephens Funeral Home and Crematorium of Sumter is in charge of the arrangements.
