Mr Bedenbaugh was a neighbor in Bishopville. He hired me for my first paid job and coached me for certification as a licensed commercial radio operator. He was always kind and very patient in teaching me his trade. He also had a patient, ready, and understanding ear during a period of my adolescence.
My sincere sympathies to the family on the passing of this fine gentleman.
