BISHOPVILLE, SC
Willis Josey Woodham, Jr., born July 31, 1962, passed away at his home on Saturday, June 25, 2011.
He was the son of Willis and Polly Hill Woodham and husband of Katherine Warr Woodham. A graduate of Robert E. Lee Academy and Wofford College, Will was a lifelong member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church where he served as chairman of the Finance Committee, a member of the BUMC choir, and Treasurer of the Sunday School. He was a certified public accountant and a partner in the firm, Moore Beauston and Woodham, where he served as manager of the Hartsville office. He was a member of Civitans, the Hartsville Chamber Board and chairman of the Robert E. Lee Board.
He is survived by his parents, wife and two precious sons, Willis Josey Woodham, III, and Conner Farley Woodham; sisters, Martha Woodham, Susan Woodham, Mary W. Randall (Tom), Kathy Woodham (Steve Wong); brother-in-law, Robert A. Warr, Jr. (Pam); nieces, Harrison Sapp, Allyn Wong, Meg Randall and Morgan Warr; nephews, Wesley Randall, Adam Wong, Alex Warr and Austin Warr.
Services will be held Tuesday at 5 p.m. at Bethlehem United Methodist Church, Bishopville, SC. The Rev. Henry Altman, the Rev. Joseph James, and the Rev. Fred McDaniel will officiate. Interment will follow at the Bethlehem cemetery.
Visitation will be today from 3 to 6 p.m. at the home, 194 Jeremy Rd., Bishopville.
