Tom and Isabel,

A distinguished man has slipped the surly bonds of earth and made his ascent into Heaven. America was made safer during his tour of duty here on earth of that we have no doubt. Tom, Ann and I are truly sorry to learn of your brothers passing.

I worked with Larry and John Wikle from 1986 to 1989. Still to this today I remember Larry, he was one of the most wonderful men I have ever worked with.
