Funeral services for Charles Thomas (Thomas) Boykin, age 62, who passed away Oct. 12, will be held Wed. at 4:00 pm at the Cedar Creek Baptist Church. Rev. B.R. Wallace & Rev. Mike Allen will officiate. Burial will be in the Cedar Creek Baptist Church Cemetery directed by Norton Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tues. 5-7 pm at the Funeral Home.
Tommy was born in Bishopville a son of the late Odell & Polly Outlaw Boykin. He was a member of the McBee Presbyterian Church where he was a former Elder and attended Cedar Creek Baptist Church.
Surviving are his wife: Shirley McGee Boykin, Bishopville; Daughters: Lori (Johnny) Barfield, Hartsville, Christy (Franklin) Moody, Susan (Kirby) Wayne, Shannon (Curtis) Outlaw, McBee; Step Daughter: Heather Motley, Bishopville; Step Sons: Jason (Brittany) Welch, Bishopville, Chad Welch, Columbia. Grandchildren: Justin & Jenna Barfield, Courtney Morris, Caitlyn Moody, Bethany Hutchinson, Anna Catherine & Corey Wayne, Zachary & Meridith Outlaw, Madison & Myles Motley, Christian, Gracie & Wyatt Welch.
